Information we collect
When you send a project brief, we collect the name, work email, company, project context and source page you provide. Our hosting environment may also process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
If Google Analytics is configured, it collects website usage and general device or location information. We do not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses or company names to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, arrange a conversation, prepare an engagement scope, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not add inquiry details to a marketing list without a separate request or consent.
Service providers and overseas processing
The website may use Google Cloud for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for usage measurement and Calendly for scheduling. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their own privacy and security terms. Following an external Calendly link means information you submit there is also handled under Calendly's privacy policy.
Retention and security
Routine inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless they become part of a client relationship, are needed to meet legal or accounting obligations, or you ask us to delete them where deletion is available. Analytics and infrastructure logs follow the configured retention periods of the relevant service. We use access controls, encrypted transport and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and access
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. You can also disable cookies or JavaScript in your browser, which may limit analytics collection and some website functions.
